Some of Sky Development's recent projects include: rehabing the Kotek Building including neighboring businesses located inside the property (Pathfinder and Lisa Pearson), Splitting Targets located on S West Ave in Kankakee, and an upcoming project in the previous site of Crawford’s Barber Shop, and many more to come.
